5. Prices
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is confirmed, except in the event of an obvious technical or pricing error.
Delivery fees, taxes, installation fees, or other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

- Incorrect pricing or product information.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer details.

An order is considered confirmed after the customer receives an order confirmation from Home Story.
For certain orders, we may contact the customer to confirm product details, delivery information, customization requirements, or payment arrangements.
7. Payments
Customers must use a valid payment method available through our website.
Available payment methods may include online payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other methods displayed during checkout.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Home Story does not store complete bank card details directly. Online payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers under their applicable terms and security procedures.
8. Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products
Certain products may be manufactured or customized according to the customer’s selected dimensions, materials, fabrics, colors, finishes, or other specifications.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details before production begins.
After production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may result in additional charges.
Custom-made and special-order products that match the confirmed specifications may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where they are defective, damaged, or different from the confirmed order.
9. Delivery
Our general estimated delivery period is 7–10 business days, from Monday to Saturday, unless a different period is stated on the product page or communicated during order confirmation.
Custom-made, special-order, or out-of-stock products may require additional production and delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Product availability.
- Delivery location.
- Customer availability.
- Public holidays.
- Weather or road conditions.
- Carrier delays.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
The customer must provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number.
The customer is responsible for checking that entrances, elevators, stairways, corridors, and doorways are suitable for the product’s dimensions. Additional handling charges may apply when special delivery arrangements are required.
10. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.
Any visible damage, missing item, or incorrect product should be reported to Home Story as soon as possible, together with the order number and clear photographs.
Signing a delivery confirmation without noting visible damage may affect our ability to verify a later damage claim, without limiting any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our published Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact Home Story before returning any product. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable Egyptian law.
12. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.
A cancellation is not confirmed until Home Story approves it.
Orders that have already been shipped, delivered, customized, or entered production may not be eligible for cancellation or may be subject to applicable costs.
Any approved refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and the original payment method whenever possible.
13. Website Content
All content available on this website, including photographs, product designs, text, graphics, logos, videos, layouts, and branding, belongs to Home Story or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use any website content without prior written permission from Home Story.
